Who We Are
The Association of Senior Referral Professionals is a nonprofit organization that promotes ethical standards, education, and collaboration within Washington’s senior housing referral field.
A Senior Housing Advisor is a trained professional who assists families in selecting appropriate housing and care for older adults. Advisors help people understand the full range of options, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, adult family homes, in-home care, hospice care, respite stays, and day programs. They guide families through needs assessments, explain levels of care, and provide informed recommendations based on safety, well-being, and individual preferences.
ASRP members are experienced in navigating complex situations, communicating with clarity and empathy, and coordinating the resources needed to support a safe and successful transition.
